We began our search for natural hair products for the sole purpose of finding products that are nourishing and moisturising for afro textured hair. This evolved into mixing, testing, researching and even more testing of natural ingredients best suited to care for afro textured hair as well as skin. The journey took us into new found realms of knowledge. It fired our imagination and we dug deep to find the best nature has to offer.
So here at pretty curls all our products are laced with passion and love. We use the best ingredients and where possible will use all natural products. Sometimes we have to add natural preservatives which are all paraben and sulphate free to add longevity, a little extra protection and beautiful relaxing aroma's for your delight.
Simply we love curls, all curls, but the afro curl is very close to our heart. Welcome to a new way to nourish your strands.

It was fantastic on my ezcema and i have noticed considerable improvement on my skin texture. I have permed hair so was apprensive it on using on my hair but my bravery paid off. The product I sampled was the Pretty Curls Tropical Twist whipped shea butter. It has an amazing soft texture, your fingers just sink into it. When I opened it the smell immediately caught my attention. It smells like strawberry candy.......yes, it smells insanely good. I applied the product to wet freshly washed hair, and styled as I normally would. My hair was instantly soft and shiny, and I loved how it felt. It felt like I was rubbing butter onto my curls. I have tried shea butter in my hair before, and my hair HATED it. But my hair loved this Tropical Twist whipped shea butter. The ingredients are all natural, and the texture is whipped times 500. Very very soft and supple. No need to rub it together in your hands to melt it. My hair kept the same curl, moisture, and bouncyness it had from the moment I applied the product, till the end of my day. I would definately use this again and I plan to. I thought I was someone who couldn’t put shea butter in my hair, and Im so happy to realize I can if the shea butter has a light as air texture. This smelled so good, I really did think about tasting it a few times....but I resisted! LOVED the product. 2 thumbs up xxx

Just wanted to say i love love your stuff. My hair is in hair heaven right now. I bought 2 shea butters from you (coconut souffle and citrus spice) and one skin oil-camellia. I am a member of afroglitz too and someone else has done a review on more prettycurls products there.
